Alastair Dove

Senior Associate

Alastair Dove is an Associate at Lionhead, focused on investment assessment and project management. He supports the execution and oversight of transactions across Lionhead’s strategies, coordinating diligence, structuring, and governance. Alastair works closely with senior investment leads and operating partners to ensure strategic and governance objectives are achieved throughout the investment lifecycle.

Before joining Lionhead, Alastair was an Investment Associate at Louw & Company, where he worked across their private credit and private equity strategies focusing on deal structuring, investment assessment and portfolio management. He worked closely alongside management teams on various growth strategies, capital raises and restructurings. Previously, Alastair qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young (EY), auditing multinational corporates and private equity portfolios.

Alastair is CA(SA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Hons) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town.
