Andrew A. Schatte is Senior Advisor at Lionhead, responsible for providing strategic insights on the Real Estate strategy, while leveraging his valuable network that has been built over decades.
Andy has 40+ years’ experience in real estate acquisition, management, development, and construction in projects ranging from Federal Government projects to County Government projects as well as private sector developments.
He is experienced in building strategic teams and profitable operating companies and has served in multiple capacities including development principal, investor and financial intermediary in a cross section of real estate market sectors since 1976.

With a focus on strategic visioning and consensus building in the development of public private partnerships, his experience spans many years working with governmental entities as well as the private sector in commercial and residential development projects, technology centers, government office buildings, educational facilities, alternative education, and college campuses.
