Mark Brock

Mark Brock is a Partner at Lionhead, where he focuses on the firm’s Real Estate strategy and is responsible for overseeing the strategic development of Lionhead’s U.S. based portfolio.

Mark has 25+ years of commercial real estate experience, serving as Executive Director at The Texas A&M University System, where he negotiated, structured and managed a $2bn public-private partnership portfolio. Prior to this, Mark spent 20+ years at GE Capital Real Estate managing a $2.5bn real estate portfolio.

Mark was Asset Manager for Blackstone-Equity Office, managing and later repositioning a
$100m portfolio, which formed part of Blackstone’s acquisition of GE Capital Real Estate.
