Paul Quirk is Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of Lionhead, where he leads the firm’s long-term vision, culture, and external partnerships. He is responsible for Lionhead’s strategy and investment philosophy, cultivating relationships with investors, partners, and portfolio leadership teams across the firm’s global network, shaping the firm’s approach to value creation.

A founder and former operator, Paul brings a hands-on perspective to investment origination and execution. He founded his first business Fortis Logistique, a market-leading FMCG logistics platform in West Africa, before moving into private investing. Paul leverages deep experience in mining, natural resources, and emerging markets to identify new opportunities and guide management teams through strategic transitions. Paul sits on several boards as a representative of Lionhead’s portfolio
